"This is a wonderful collection with amazing pictures of all the teas.

A real effort has been made in every recipe as all of them are detailed and I have to say you are in for a treat. If you are thinking how to add something new in your habit of drinking tea this book is full with ideas, that you can try straight away. My favourite ways to enjo y tea, that I have learned from the book are to "champagne it" and "Nut it", but there are plenty more to choose from. I will be using those recipes every time I am looking for an inspiration to impress my visitors.

If you like drinking tea I highly recommend you getting this collection."

I am a Brit, so I love tea! Tea is in my make-up, but before I got this book I was just drinking it the old-fashioned way, without knowing just how versatile this product can be! This book is so well set out, with a simple page format, showing the recipes in straightforward, easy-to-follow style, and each recipe is accompanied by a superb photograph (and the images in the book are simply stunning!). I like the way the authors have included serving suggestions, and also additional tips, such as recipes for certain goodies that can be served alongside particular recipes so as to make the experience all the more enjoyable. Even those with somewhat jaded taste buds like me will find so many new and exciting ways to enjoy tea. I commend the hard work the authors put in to create this instructive and highly entertaining compendium of recipes, and I am certain that there is something for everyone here. The humble "cuppa" will never be the same again, that's for sure! If you're planning a dinner party, or you're just having a couple of close friends round for a meal, what better way to end the evening than with one, or more, of the delicious, and superbly creative recipes shown in this book?

REVIEW: Interesting and Colorful!

5.0 out of 5 stars

This is a very creative book, with 50 recipes for jazzing up an ordinary cup of tea.

PRO: All the recipes are linked in the Table of Contents. There are many photos and colorful images. The recipes are unusual and thought-provoking and sometimes exotic.

CON: Most of the recipes do not give number of servings. Most of the recipes are listed in cups and teaspoons, but there are occasional ingredients given in g, ml, cm, requiring some research to figure out how much to use: e.g., 50 g cooked tapioca pearls, 700 ml water, 120 ml dark chocolate syrup, 2 cm licorice root.

I think most tea aficionados will have fun with this book. It will encourage readers to be adventurous and try something new...maybe even invent their own exotic flavors.
